Shipping is FREE for all orders on our website.
We ship your orders with major international logistic companies, depending on your geographical location. Most orders tend to be delivered within a 7 -12 business day window. While we’re always looking for new ways to get your order to you as quickly and securely as possible, our clients have so far reported high satisfaction with the couriers we use.
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
The order processing time might take up to 1- 4 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST

Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.

Our return policy is effective for 30 days since receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.
To send your item back to us for a refund or exchange, please follow the steps below:
1) Submit your return request via our Returns Center
2) Once your return is approved, pack your items carefully, with all labels attached and all items in their original plastic bags.

Please note: it can take up to 7 working days for your bank to complete the refund.
We do not accept items that have been damaged by wear and tear, altered or washed incorrectly (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling).
When trying items on, please be sure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals.
