Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is FREE for all orders on our website.
We ship your orders with major international logistic companies, depending on your geographical location. Most orders tend to be delivered within a 7 -12 business day window. While we’re always looking for new ways to get your order to you as quickly and securely as possible, our clients have so far reported high satisfaction with the couriers we use.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
PROCESSING TIME
The order processing time might take up to 1- 4 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST
We accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or shipping address information. Just feel free to contact us. We're available at support@cycle-peak.com
Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.

As part of the experience, we know that on some occasions we will not be able to fulfill all your expectations, and this when our perfect fit guarantee comes to place, so we offer you service returns and refunds that will allow you to continue to enjoy shopping with us.
Our return policy is effective for 30 days since receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.
If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace or exchange any items that we missed the mark on.
Please follow the steps below:
1) Submit your return request via our Returns Center.
2) If your return is approved, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3) We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@cycle-peak.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
