When will my order arrive?
Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and local delivery conditions.
For domestic deliveries within your country, we work with reliable local shipping partners to ensure fast and efficient delivery. For international orders, we ship through trusted global logistics providers with established delivery networks.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow your package until it reaches your door.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. During this time, your order is reviewed, prepared, securely packed, and scheduled for shipment.
As soon as the package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Orders placed after 11:45 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Friday, or during the weekend, will begin processing on the next business day.
Can I track my order?

If your order includes several products, they may occasionally arrive in separate shipments. This can happen when items are prepared in different fulfillment locations or when shipping items separately allows them to reach you faster.
If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours after being placed.
If you need to update your shipping address, change the size or color of an item, or cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. After this period, your order may already be in preparation or shipping and changes may no longer be possible.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We may ask for a short description and photos of the issue so that we can review the situation quickly. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution.

What if the size doesn’t fit?
If the item you ordered does not fit as expected, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that the product remains unused, unworn, and in its original condition with packaging and tags intact.
Once the return is approved and received, you may place a new order for the correct size or receive a refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
