At Cycle Peak, we want every rider to feel confident when ordering gear from our store. Every product in our collection is selected with performance, durability, and rider comfort in mind.
We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit or may not meet your expectations. Our return and refund policy is designed to provide a clear, fair, and consistent solution for riders worldwide.
30-Day Returns for Every Rider
Cycle Peak offers customers worldwide the opportunity to request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery of the last item in the order.
If the final day of the return window falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next business day where applicable.
Our worldwide 30-day return policy is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your country or region. Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.
Return Eligibility
Products may be carefully tried on indoors to check the size, fit, and appearance. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must not have been worn outdoors, used during a ride, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to evaluate it.
Items should be returned with their original tags, accessories, and packaging wherever reasonably possible. Please take appropriate care of the product while it is in your possession.
Where permitted by applicable law, Cycle Peak may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
How to Start a Return or Cancellation
To start a return or request the cancellation of an unfulfilled order, please visit our customer account area:

Select the relevant order and follow the instructions to submit your request.
If you placed your order using only a phone number and cannot access the customer account area, please use the link provided in your SMS order confirmation or contact us at support@cycle-peak.com.
You may also notify us by email using a clear statement that identifies your order and confirms that you wish to cancel or return it.
Please submit your request before sending the product. This allows us to register the return and provide the correct return address and shipping instructions. Products sent to an address shown on the original parcel or without the correct return instructions may experience significant delays.
Sending Your Return
After notifying us that you wish to return an item, please send the product back within 14 calendar days, unless our support team provides a longer period.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been completed. Cycle Peak cannot confirm receipt of a return without appropriate tracking or proof of postage.
Please package the product securely to prevent damage during transportation.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns based on personal preference, sizing, fit, colour, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of return shipping.
If the item received is damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, Cycle Peak will provide an appropriate solution and will cover any necessary return shipping costs.
Cycle Peak currently provides free standard delivery, so there is generally no original standard delivery charge to reimburse. If a delivery charge has been paid, it will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Please do not send parcels using a cash-on-delivery service, as these shipments cannot be accepted.
Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received, our team will inspect it and confirm the outcome of the return request.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. We generally process refunds within five business days after the returned item has been received and approved, subject to any shorter deadline required by applicable law.
Depending on your bank, card provider, or payment service, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued.
If more than 15 business days have passed since you received confirmation that the refund was issued, please contact your payment provider. If you still require assistance, contact us at support@cycle-peak.com.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please accept our sincere apologies. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can resolve the situation quickly.
We may ask you to provide a brief description, photographs of the product, and photographs of the packaging. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, price adjustment, or refund.
Where a return is required because the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Cycle Peak will provide instructions and cover the necessary return shipping costs.
This section does not limit any legal guarantee or other mandatory rights available under the laws of your country or region.
Exchanges
If you would prefer a different size, colour, or product, the quickest option is normally to submit a return request and place a new order for the desired item.
This allows the replacement product to be ordered without waiting for the original item to reach our return facility. Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be processed according to the procedure described above.
If the exchange is required because you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team before placing another order.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law. These may include:
• Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed, including certain underwear or hygiene-sensitive garments;
• Products that have been washed, altered, worn outdoors, used during a ride, stained, damaged, or otherwise used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them;
• Products damaged through misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or failure to follow the supplied instructions.
These exclusions do not apply where a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied, or where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Order Changes and Cancellations
You may request the cancellation of an order through the customer account area until the relevant item has been fulfilled.
If you need to change an address, size, colour, or other order detail, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified once preparation has begun.
If an order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it might no longer be possible to stop the shipment. You may still notify us that you wish to withdraw from or return the order and follow the applicable return process after delivery.
The 12-hour recommendation for order modifications does not limit any cancellation or withdrawal right provided under applicable consumer law.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
The same Cycle Peak 30-day return process applies to customers worldwide. This section explains how that process operates alongside mandatory European Union consumer law and does not reduce the benefits available to customers in any other country or region.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving a reason.
You may notify us of your decision to withdraw at any time before delivery and within 14 calendar days after the delivery of the last item in your order. Cycle Peak’s voluntary 30-day return window remains available after this statutory period, subject to the general eligibility conditions described in this policy.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a return or cancellation request through our customer account area, use the link in your SMS order confirmation, or email a clear withdrawal statement to support@cycle-peak.com.
Your notice is considered submitted within the deadline if you send it before the applicable withdrawal period expires. You do not need to provide a reason.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after submitting your notice.
You are responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, Cycle Peak has agreed to cover the cost, or applicable law provides otherwise.
We will reimburse the payments relating to the withdrawn purchase without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree to another method that does not result in additional fees.
You are responsible only for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed.
Your Local Consumer Rights
This policy provides a consistent Cycle Peak return process for riders worldwide. It does not exclude, restrict, or modify any mandatory consumer guarantee, warranty, remedy, cancellation right, or right of withdrawal available to you under the laws of your country or region.
If a provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory applicable consumer law, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.
